Each contribution to the "Quantum Communication Networks" wiki must be approved to ensure the quality of the content.

Update when terms and conditions are defined.

For the editing

All articles can be modified by users. You don't need to have an account to contribute.

However, every change (including minor ones) must be checked by a moderation team. It may then be validated or rejected.

Once the article has been saved, a banner will appear warning that the contribution is awaiting proofreading. You can continue to modify the current version of the article until it has been validated.

Please note that if the IP address changes, it is no longer possible to modify the same version.

For moderation

Moderation rights are required for the following actions. When a contribution has been made, a banner warning of a pending modification is displayed for each member of the moderation team. As long as it has not been validated (approved or rejected), it is visible from any page of the "Quantum Communication Networks" wiki.

The list of pending modifications can be found on the following page: Moderation.

The moderation log looks as follows:

[[File:|border]]

(diff | )

  • diff: shows the changes between the last version and the new version to be validated, line by line.
  • preview: allows you to see a preview of the new version, but the differences are not noted.
  • Page name (here, ‘’Distributed quantum computing‘’).
  • Time of modification (date and time).
  • Number of characters added or deleted.
  • Identification by IP address or name if connected.
  • Approve / Reject allows you to approve or reject one modification at a time.
  • Approve All / Reject All takes into account all contributions awaiting review.

If several modifications are made to the same page at the same time, a conflict is created between the different versions. During moderation, if an attempt is made to approve a version based on a page that has already been modified, an error message appears. The different versions must then be merged manually. To do this, a new editing window opens, containing the text editor of the last existing and validated version, and below that, the version awaiting validation.
