Help:Navigation
The main page is made up of the semantic network that forms the fabric of the "Quantum Communication Networks" Wiki. It is possible to navigate between pages by clicking on the nodes of the graph, by clicking on ‘Random page’, on a link in a page, via the categories or by using the menus. To switch to the French version of the "Quantum Communication Networks" wiki, simply click on one of the following two buttons:
On the main page, the link for switching languages is at the bottom right, not at the top right.
From any page, clicking on the logo in the top left-hand corner takes you back to the main screen.
On each page there are four main navigation elements, described below.
Menu
A menu is located on the left, but depending on the display selected in the preferences (see Help:Account), part of it may be on the right.
If it is not visible, simply click on the three lines at the top left of the CNES logo as shown below:

Date
Switch to old look: reverts to the old wiki view, Vector, which is still in use.
Navigation
Main page: links to the main page, with the semantic network.
Recent changes: links to a page listing the latest changes made to the Wiki (up to thirty days old).
Random page: takes you to a random Concept page.
Categories
This part lists all the categories corresponding to the sub-domains of the "Quantum Communication Networks" Wiki.
Help
Here you will find general help as well as the main wiki help pages.
Tools
On the Vector display, the toolbar is at the very bottom of the menu on the left.
What links here : lists all pages in the "Quantum Communication Networks" wiki that link to the current page.
Related changes :
Upload file (if connected): allows you to add a file to the wiki, regardless of which page you click on.
Special pages: set of pages relating to the uses and statistics of the wiki.
Printable version: generates a document formatted for printing.
Permanent link: address of the current version of the page, which will remain unchanged and therefore permanent.
Page information: various information and statistics about the page and its modifications.
In other languages (Vector display only)
French : corresponding page in the "Réseaux de communication quantique" Wiki.
Tabs
Left
Page: page content.
Discussion: part designed to encourage discussion about the content of the page concerned.
Right
Read: displays the content of the page.
Edit: displays the visual editor for easy writing and formatting.
Edit source: displays the basic wiki editor, where you need to use ‘wikicode’ to format content.
View history: displays all changes made to this page.
If logged in:
Star : Add the page to your watch list. To find out more: Help:Account.
More or Tools in the right-hand menu: Rename / Delete / Protect page.
If logged in
User name: name displayed, not necessarily the real name in the personal information.
Talk: User's own page of Discussion.
Preferences : brings you to your account, where you can modify your information and customise your settings.
Watchlist (bars with a star, or simply written on the old skin): list of pages tracked each time a change is made.
Contributions: List of the user's own contributions.
If not logged in
Create an account : takes you to the account creation page. To find out more: Help:Account.
Sign in : takes you to the sign in page.
Categories
At the very bottom of the page and the content are the categories to which the page belongs. In the case of a Concept page, these correspond to the areas to which the concept belongs.
